Day Camp

School is out and Day Camp kicks off June 14th. The first week we want your child to join us for Vacation Bible School June 6-10, 6:00-9:00 p.m. each evening. You can pre-enroll your child at our website.

Day Camp continues Tuesdays during June and July. First Baptist Church’s Day Camp provides fun filled activities for children who have completed Grade 1 through Grade 5.This summer, as in the past, we are blessed to have a team of student workers, parents and teachers who have made a commitment to help make Day Camp a positive summer experience for the children of our community.

Some things you will want to know about Day Camp this summer ... New places and some of the those traditional places. This year the day is longer, weekly check in time is 8:00 a.m. and we should be home between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. This year we will have early drop off at 7:45 a.m. upon prior request for those who have to be at work at 8:00 a.m. There will be an added charge of $5 for early drop off. This is our effort to provide the children with new experiences and help the parents with drop off and pickup.

The weekly cost for Day Camp is $25.00.

Take a look at our calendar of activities. Some changes may occur on the list of activities. Departing and returning schedules will be adjusted according to the activities. This information is usually provided to the parents one week in advance during Day Camp. Parents are encouraged to contact the church office (549-2360) with questions or additional information.
